We are a dynamic, rapidly growing financial services company looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to add to our customer service department full time. This position will entail handling inbound and outbound customer related phone inquiries, entering detailed notes into our system and responding to email correspondence inquiries promptly and professionally. Our ideal candidate would be an organized and diligent team-oriented individual who excels in conversing excellently with customers as well as someone willing to go above and beyond their day to day duties to really add value to a growing organization.
Customer Service Job Duties:
- Professionally handle incoming requests via phone from customer and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
- Handle all customer requests and thoroughly educate then on company product
- Provide quality service in the areas of handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and account assistance.
- Look for innovative ways to better the product and increase the customer experience.

- Minimum of 3 years Call Center Customer Service Experience Required
- Highly developed integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Pleasant, friendly attitude, with an ability to adapt to change.
- Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and decision making skills.
- Possess a strong work ethic, and willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.
