Dan Pascone is the SVP of Sales for Strategic Financial Solutions. In this role, Dan oversees all of sales production in Strategic’s NYC and Buffalo facilities. He is responsible for the growth and development of over 300 sales consultants and managers.
Dan brings over 10 years of sales leadership experience in the financial services industry and will help to lead efforts to grow sales by over 200% over the next 3 years. Prior to joining Strategic, Dan held several sales leadership positions at Prudential Financial including his last position where he was responsible for building an alternative distribution unit for the firm’s annuities business.
Dan has a BA and MBA from Sacred Heart University and currently serves on the school’s board of directors.
