Ms. Celic applies an entrepreneurial and progressive approach to Strategic’s talent, performance, learning, and cultural strategies that optimize employee fulfillment. Ms. Celic brings over 15 years of experience in human resource strategies and practices and continuously looks to pioneer new and innovative approaches to spark high performance, engagement, and retention of employees.
Prior to Strategic, Ms. Celic led human resource and talent branding teams at Credit Suisse, JWT, and The Barbarian group. She began her career as an executive recruiter and uses a data-driven approach to finding the best talent for Strategic. Ms. Celic earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Boston College.
