Strategic Financial Solutions earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its team members in anonymous surveys. The in-depth survey provided feedback about Strategic Financial Solutions team members’ thoughts on their work atmosphere, managers, challenges they faced, quality of communications, pride in their workplace, and how they are rewarded. 97% of of the Strategic Financial Solutions team reported that they took great pride in their workplace and the atmosphere the company has created, while 93% responded favorably about their bosses, and 96% responded that they felt the company communicated well with its team members. “We are humbled and very pleased by the extremely positive feedback our team members have provided through this process.
