Strategic Financial Solutions Grants 11 Dreams Through “Strategic Dreams” Program at 2nd Quarter Town Hall
New York, NY, – Strategic Financial Solutions announced in its Second Quarter 2018 Town Hall that it has granted 11 Strategic Dreams to its Employee Owners. Strategic Dreams is an innovative program that allows the Employee Owners of the company to submit Dreams that they would like the company to help fulfill. Prior Dreamers have been given family vacations, honeymoons, furniture, Macbooks, educational classes, and more.
“Strategic Dreams is my favorite part of every Town Hall,” said CEO Ryan Sasson. “There are so many reasons to love Strategic Dreams, but the one that resonates most is that it’s extremely gratifying to help members of the Strategic Family as much as we help our clients. Our Employee Owners work diligently to serve our clients and we are honored by the opportunity to give back to them.”
This quarter, Strategic Financial Solutions granted dreams ranging from purchasing bedroom furniture to assisting with buying engagement rings for three Employee Owners. One notable dream is that of NYC based Customer Service Representative, Bertrina Singletary, who was gifted an all-inclusive trip for her family to Disney World in Orlando, Florida. “I am overwhelmed by the generosity of Strategic,” said Singletary. “We talk about the Strategic Family every day and this truly exemplifies that idea. I am so excited to take my family to Disney, it’s been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember.”
Strategic Dreams is currently in its fourth year and has granted over 150 dreams since its inception.
