Strategic Financial Solutions Donates Over $3000 to “Movember” To Benefit Men’s Health and Research
New York, NY, – To help raise money for The Movember Foundation, Strategic Financial Solutions pledged to donate $100 for every employee-owner who participated in No Shave November. The Movember Foundation is the leading charity that is changing the face of men’s health and they are working to reduce the number of men dying prematurely by 25% by 2030.
Over 30 employees participated in the challenge which allowed Strategic to raise more than $3,000 for Movember. This money will be used to help fund the most innovative research on a local and global scale. Every day, Movember addresses some of the biggest health issues faced by men including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health and suicide prevention.
“We were honored to raise money in October to help fight breast cancer, and now we’re equally honored to raise money for The Movember Foundation, an incredibly worthy cause,” said CEO Ryan Sasson. “I’m very proud of the employee-owners who participated in Movember. This is the second year that Strategic raised money for The Movember Foundation. Participation and money raised increased by over 50% in 2018.
